1. Immediate funds availability—Funds transferred via wire are considered collected funds as soon as the wire is received. Domestic wire transfers arrive at their destination on the same business day they are sent.
2. Security—Integrity’s security procedure ensures a safe and confidential transfer of funds. We will not execute a wire transfer request received by mail, e-mail or fax without a call back confirmation.

Wire Deadlines—Domestic wire requests received by 2:00 pm (MT) or international wire requests received by 12:00 pm (MT) are processed the same business day. Incoming wires received by 5:00 pm (MT) are credited the same business day. Requests received after the cut-off time or on weekends are processed the next business day.

We pick up the payments from a secure post office box and deposit them into the customer’s Integrity Bank & Trust account. Lockbox service expedites payment processing, improves cash flow and minimizes errors while also providing image reporting for easy reconciliation. Pricing is customized for each business based on volume and collection frequency.
