Randy Rush is a co-founder of Integrity Bank & Trust where he currently serves as Chairman of the Board, President of Trust Services and Executive Vice President. Randy has been in banking since 1974 and has provided trust and investment management services to clients since 1983. Randy holds an MBA degree from the University of Nebraska and degrees in Trust and Investments from the National Graduate School of Trust held at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois and the Graduate School of Bank Investments held in Boulder, Colorado. He also received the Certified Financial Services Counselor (CFSC) designation.
President / Chief Investment Officer
Eric Davis currently serves as Chair of the Integrity Wealth Management investment committee, overseeing investment strategy and due diligence for the group. He also founded and oversees a platform for RIA's which provides due diligence, consulting, and access to non-traditional investments. Eric serves as President and Chief Investment Officer of the Integrity Capital Income fund, a private equity fund and has over 15 years in investment management experience. He started in Wealth Management at NatCity Investments where he became a regional manager of an advisory group from 2003 – 2006 with principal responsibility for overseeing investment management, retirement planning, and asset allocation. In 2007 Eric joined Integrity Bank & Trust's Wealth Management Group and since that time has been instrumental in the growth of the department, which now has over $265 million in assets under management.
Senior Financial Advisor
Jason brings seventeen years of wealth management experience to Integrity. He spent his first twelve years in the industry as a Wealth Advisor for a Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) firm in the Midwest, and the last four years as a Senior Portfolio Consultant for Schwab Private Client™ in Denver. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and Certified Wealth Strategist®. Jason guides the affluent to achievement of their financial objectives for themselves, and the people and organizations they are passionate about. His skills include planning, implementation and on-going monitoring in the areas of financial independence, portfolio construction, income generation, retirement transition, legacy & gift planning and tax minimization. He has directed clients in the various phases of life with wealth from $500,000 to $40,000,000.
Jason, his wife and four children are greatly involved in activities related to school, sports and a local church for which Jason serves as a Board member and Treasurer.
Larry K. Dozier
Wealth Management Officer
Larry K. Dozier is a Wealth Management Officer and Owner at Integrity Bank & Trust. Prior to joining Integrity Bank & Trust, Larry served 20 years in the Air Force, where he was primarily responsible for managing communication resources and mentoring cadets at the Air Force Academy. Larry combines his background in the military with a broad range of financial understanding to provide his clients with a distinctively practical perspective on money management. Larry is an active member in the community and a highly motivating lecturer on financial independence. He earned his MBA from the University of Phoenix and is a graduate from the School of Trust & Financial Services sponsored by the Kansas and Nebraska Bankers Association.
Jeremiah J. Erickson, CFP®
Wealth Management Officer
Jeremiah is passionate about his clients achieving their financial goals. He has an MBA in Finance from the University of Colorado and a Certificate in Financial Planning from Boston University. Jeremiah is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Practitioner and has been working in Financial Services since 2010. Prior to that, he spent his time in several HR and Management positions for Fortune 500 companies.
Jeremiah is very active in his community serving on the Board of Directors for the Financial Planning Association of Southern Colorado, leading FPA Nexgen, a group focused on developing the next generation of Financial Planners and affiliated professionals. On Sunday mornings Jeremiah can be found teaching youth at a local church and he is the Treasurer for the Human Trafficking Task Force of Southern Colorado, a group aimed at eradicating modern day slavery.'
