Dear Valued Integrity Bank & Trust Customer,

Our new and improved suite of digital products is now LIVE!

During your first sign in, you will be asked to establish a new password and security questions. Please review our first time sign-in instructions for more assistance with this process.

  • Depending on your mobile device settings, the mobile app may need to be deleted and re-installed from your device’s app store. 
  • Quicken/QuickBooks users will need to disconnect and reconnect their digital accounts with the newly established credentials.  

We want to thank you for your patience during this time. A considerable amount of time and effort has gone into implementing these enhancements. We are proud of what we have created and excited to share it with you.

We are excited to announce that on Monday, July 27th, 2020, Integrity will be releasing major enhancements to our banking systems. We are confident that these changes will result in an improved experience and are dedicated to ensuring the smoothest transition possible.   Rest assured, we are ready, willing, and able to provide any assistance and training you may need.

 

If you have not had the opportunity to review our previous releases regarding these enhancements, we would like to encourage you to review the following important dates:

  • 7-20-20 – Our Bill Pay system became unavailable. All payments scheduled prior to the 19th will be processed as planned. 
  • 7-23-20 – Our digital banking products will become temporarily unavailable at 12:00 PM on the 23rd. If you need access to accounts, balances, or digital resources during this time, please do not hesitate to contact your local branch.
  • 7-27-20 – Our new and improved suite of digital products will go live during the day on Monday the 27th. Please be advised that depending on your mobile device settings, the mobile app may need to be re-installed from your device’s app store. 
  • 7-27-20 – Quicken/QuickBooks users will need to disconnect and reconnect their digital accounts with the newly established credentials.
