Randy Rush is a co-founder of Integrity Bank & Trust where he currently serves as Chairman of the Board, President of Trust Services and Executive Vice President. Randy has been in banking since 1974 and has provided trust and investment management services to clients since 1983. Randy holds an MBA degree from the University of Nebraska and degrees in Trust and Investments from the National Graduate School of Trust held at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois and the Graduate School of Bank Investments held in Boulder, Colorado. He also received the Certified Financial Services Counselor (CFSC) designation.
Eric started in wealth management in 2000 and since that time has helped more than 500 clients accomplish a broad range of financial goals. He has an MBA from Taylor University and holds the Series 7, Series 63, Series 65, and Series 24 licenses. In addition he earned an honors degree in Trust Administration from the Kansas School of Banking and the Chartered Retirement Plan Counselor (CRPC™) designation from the College for Financial Planning. Eric specializes in non-profit services, self-directed IRA investing, and portfolio management. He is highly involved in the community with SCORE, the Colorado Planned Giving Roundtable, & the Christian Management Association. He conducts dozens of educational workshops for trade & industry associations, professional advisors, local schools, real estate investors, & clients.
Larry K. Dozier
Wealth Management Officer
Larry K. Dozier is a Wealth Management Officer and Owner at Integrity Bank & Trust. Prior to joining Integrity Bank & Trust, Larry served 20 years in the Air Force, where he was primarily responsible for managing communication resources and mentoring cadets at the Air Force Academy. Larry combines his background in the military with a broad range of financial understanding to provide his clients with a distinctively practical perspective on money management. Larry is an active member in the community and a highly motivating lecturer on financial independence. He earned his MBA from the University of Phoenix and is a graduate from the School of Trust & Financial Services sponsored by the Kansas and Nebraska Bankers Association.
Wealth Management Specialist
Jeremiah is passionate about his clients achieving their financial goals. He has an MBA in Finance from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs and a Certificate in Financial Planning from Boston University. Jeremiah passed the CFP® exam in 2011 and is currently a candidate for certification. He has been working in Financial Services since 2010, and prior to that he spent his time in several HR and Management positions for Fortune 500 companies.
Jeremiah is very active in his community serving on the Board of Directors for the Financial Planning Association of Southern Colorado, leading FPA Nexgen, a group focused on developing the next generation of Financial Planners and affiliated professionals. On Sunday mornings Jeremiah can be found leading music at a local church and he is an active member of the Human Trafficking Task Force of Southern Colorado, a group aimed at eradicating modern day slavery.
