Where is my authentication image?
With the additional security provided by our Multi-Factor Authentication, you no longer need a verification image. Instead, there is a very powerful system working behind the scenes to ensure your information stays safe!
Why did you make these changes?
Your security is very important to us. With new changes and updates to technology, we are able to improve your online banking security, making it even harder for your account to be compromised.
Can I log in from a different location or device?
Yes. Each time you log in from a new computer or device, we will ask a security question that only you can answer. Then, we remember that device for next time. This makes it more difficult for your account to be accessed without authorization.
Can I log in while on vacation?
Yes. Just like logging in from a new device, we also remember your usual locations and look for anything that seems suspicious. If you decide to take a vacation, we'll simply ask you to answer a security question and you can relax and enjoy your vacation. This limits the ability for a scammer to take a vacation on your behalf!
Will this affect my business bank accounts?
If you use "Premier Business Banking," your online banking will not change. If you use "Personal Banking" or "Business Banking," you will see the security change when you log in.
Remember, we will never ask for your password and you should never share your account details with anyone. If you receive an email or a phone call asking for your password or login information, report it immediately.
